Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 August 2026
Draft — pending legal review. This page reflects how FixLeakage actually operates today (the integrations, billing model, and data flows described below are accurate to the product), but the wording has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor. Do not treat this as a finalised legal document until this notice is removed.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using FixLeakage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. What FixLeakage does
FixLeakage detects missed calls to your registered business number, sends an automatic SMS response to the caller, and — where enabled — uses an AI voice system to capture job details over the phone. Captured information is shown in your dashboard so you can follow up.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FixLeakage to send unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading communications, to harass any person, or to process calls or messages you don't have a lawful basis to handle.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Usage (calls handled, messages sent) may be metered against your plan's limits. You can view current pricing on the homepage and manage or cancel your subscription from your account's billing settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Third-party services
FixLeakage relies on third-party providers to operate: Twilio for call and SMS delivery, OpenAI for AI-based call transcription and information extraction, and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of FixLeakage means data relevant to a call or message is shared with these providers as needed to deliver the service — see our Privacy Policy for detail.
7. Intellectual property
FixLeakage and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of the customer and call data you submit through the platform.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party provider outages (Twilio, OpenAI, Stripe) can affect availability outside our direct control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixLeakage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from a missed or mishandled call. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in line with the notice terms of your plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the product or by email before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised through the contact details provided when you book a demo or through your account manager once you're a customer.
